These low noise, linear gain blocks have been designed for small cell, wireless infrastructure and high performance general purpose applications. The devices exhibit outstanding RF performance over multiple GHz bandwidths with little or no external RF matching, delivering excellent NF and linearity over supply voltages ranging from 1.8 to 5.0 volts. Bias currents can be set independently from Vdd, allowing a linear solution with optimal efficiency. These amplifiers are suitable for applications requiring 1st/2nd LNA or as linear transmit drivers. The GRF350x family is offered in an industry standard SOT-89 package, while the GRF400x family is available in a 6-pin DFN package (1.5mm x 1.5mm).
