Ultra-Low Noise Amplifier with Bypass
Tuning Range: 0.6 to 6.0 GHz
GRF2076 is an ultra-low noise amplifier with high-linearity bypass for small cell, wireless infrastructure and other high performance applications. It exhibits high gain with outstanding NF and linearity over 600 to 6000 MHz using band-specific matching and fractional bandwidths of up to 45%.
The device is operated from a supply voltage of 2.7 to 6 V with a selectable Iddq range of 20 to 100 mA for optimal efficiency and linearity.
Consult with the GRF applications engineering team for custom tuning/evaluation board data and device s-parameters.
