The Product Quality & Reliability groups is the branch of the quality organization managing all the product qualification and reliability testing of GRF products.
The foundation of product qualification consists of reliability stress testing to JEDEC standard, JESD-47: Stress-Test-Driven Qualification of Integrated Circuits. Select GRF products are marketed and qualified for use in the Automotive industry ("W" designation). Automotive GRF products are qualified to the Automotive standard, AEC-Q100: Failure Mechanism Based Stress Test Qualification for Integrated Circuits.
Tests included on GRF qualification plans can be segmented into two main categories, device and package level qualification tests. Device qualification typically consists of biased stress testing such as HTOL, HAST and ESD. Package Qualification typically consists of non-biased, mechanically focused testing such as MSL, TC, HTS, uHAST, Solderability, physical dimensions, and wirebond pull. In addition, LTS (Low Temp Storage) testing is completed for each product configuration based on GRF marketing feedback.
Product Qualification reports are available with qualified NDA on file.
